  • In 2011, my journey with Asha Ram & Sons Pvt Ltd began as I joined the family-owned business while pursuing my graduation in business studies from Delhi University. I took charge of expense management, the supply chain & distribution business, and started overseeing all the warehouses.
  • By 2014, I was catering to international requirements, broadening my responsibilities within the company. After delving into bakery science in 2015, I began taking charge of new product developments and R&D, paving the way for innovation.
  • In 2016, I took over business operations, bringing about streamlined processes and greater efficiency. The following year, in 2017, I implemented technology across various departments, modernizing our approach and driving growth.
  • 2019 was a turning point as I started overseeing the Sales & HR departments, adding new dimensions to my role. This trajectory continued into 2020 when I served as the Project Head for ERP Implementation, successfully implementing Microsoft Business Central & Power BI.
  • Most recently, in 2022, I took charge of the marketing department, further expanding my leadership within the company. Through determination, creativity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, I continue to lead Asha Ram & Sons Pvt Ltd towards new milestones and success.
