HOW IT STARTED

1945 - Lorem Ipsum

Started business with trading of pulses.

1960-77 - Lorem Ipsum

1960: Asha Ram Ram Saroop was established. Started with supplying Molasses to Yeast and Tobacco Industry in Med Ganj, Sadar Bazar, Delhi.
1970: Asha Ram & Sons – a partnership company was established. Entered into bakery ingredients with yeast.
1975: Got separated and Mr. Ram Avtar Gupta moved the office to Paharganj.
1977: Added new product range Calcium & GMS.

1982-96 - Lorem Ipsum

1988: Mr. Shiv Kumar Gupta joined the family business with 6 years of experience in bread factory.
1992: Started importing Vital Wheat Gluten.
1993: Collaborated with Sonic Biochem.
1996: Asha Ram & Sons became a Private Limited Company.

2002-09 - Lorem Ipsum

2002: Became distributors for General Mills in Delhi.

2004: Bhagwati sales corporation was established in Meerut.
2008: Started distributing Del Monte in Delhi.
2008: Started importing cocoa powder.

2010-19 - Lorem Ipsum

2010: Moved to a new office in D mall, Pitampura, Delhi. Collaborated with DOW and Danisco.
2011: ARS Foods Ingredients Pvt.
2012: Added a new warehouse and manufacturing plant in Lawrence Road. Started manufacturing Calcium Propionate.
2017: Introduced Dairy Cultures from DUPont, Syrups from Mala’s & WPC (Function Grade) from Fonterra.
2018: Expanded our distribution business in Gurugram. Introduced non-dairy whipping cream from Rich Graviss& frozen food from McCains.
2019: Introduced improves from OYC Japan. New warehouse in Mumbai & Delhi.

2020-23 - Lorem Ipsum

2020: Successfully implemented Microsoft ERP for transparent processes.
2021: New warehouse added for 3 lakh sq.feet storage space.
2022:Introduced Gold Farm, Xpres Bake. Set up a fully automated packaging line.
